Building Design & Construction
The Building Design and Construction department focuses mainly on energy-efficient construction which is currently a topic exciting considerable interest.
The conference centre has already offered courses in this sphere in the past, for example training courses for experts in solar energy technology, energy-efficiency consultants etc. Today we offer
training and further education courses for occupational groups involved in planning (architects, surveyors, civil engineers etc). In addition to
optimising energy efficiency (Climate House energy consultant, German standard DIN V 18599 for non residential buildings) it takes up other aspects such as
building biology, light and colour.
