Wine & Food
The department Wine and Food has occupied a central position in the Convention Centre Abbazia di Novacella for several years now. Its aim is to help wine-lovers gain a deeper understanding of the many-faceted subject of wine on various levels, from introductory to sommelier courses and beyond.
The department Wine and Food collaborates closely with the Sommelier Association of South Tyrol and theAustrian Wine Academy. The high level of expertise and know-how drawing on many years of experience underpin the high quality of courses on offer.
