We serve our guests with delicacies from the Mediterranean and Tyrolean cuisine in our vaulted dining hall. Our chefs prepare dishes for the seminars using regional, seasonal ingredients and offer vegetarian alternatives. We are also delighted to consider dietary and allergy requirements – please let us know!
Would you prefer a buffet for your seminar group? We can accommodate up to 50 people in the hall with the open fireplace based on self-service in several variations. Please let us know in advance.
The hall with the open fireplace is also ideal for congenial coffee breaks. We are glad to offer you coffee, tea, cakes and fruit and are delighted to consider your wishes. You can also visit the monastery cellar during breaks where you can look forward to a wide variety of drinks and cold dishes.
