General Terms and Conditions of Payment and Cancellation
The payment for the event may be carried out in advance by bank transfer (the banking information is contained in the confirmation letter) or on site in cash (up to 999.00 euros) or by means of debit card or credit card. The right of cancellation as indicated in the Italian Consumers´ Code is not envisioned – however, we are nevertheless willing to apply the following conditions for cancellation:
The Convention Centre of the Abbazia di Novacella/Kloster Neustift reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses in the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached or else for organizational reasons. In the event that a course is cancelled, course participation fees that have been received will be refunded or else, if desired, credited for other events. In the event that the participant withdraws during the last eight days before the beginning of the event, then a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the course fee shall be charged. In the event of a cancellation during the last three days before the beginning of the event or in the event that the participant does not appear, the entire fee shall be paid. In the event that a substitute participant is found, no cancellation fees shall apply. Exceptions to these conditions (such as with instructional courses) may be found on the corresponding application form.
