ll products from the monastery’s own estates are available for tasting
in the monastery cellar, including the Novacella wines, brandies, apple juice, elderflower cordial and the Novacella herbal infusions. We also offer typical Tyrolean snacks of speck (cured ham), smoked sausages (Kaminwurzen) and various cheeses with a choice of tasty South Tyrolean bread varieties.
Coffee and various cakes and pastries are also available, such as apple strudel, buckwheat gateau and fruit flan.
