Flavus is the Latin word for “yellow”. Rich yellow ochre in color, this wine i salso “yellow” in its aromas: melon, ripe pear, ripe banana, honey and spices; of great structure on the palate, mineral with spice notes and a long finish. The production of wines with no added sulphur requires a perfect sanity of the grapes, an impeccable hygiene in the cellar…and some predisposition for taking risks.
Light appetizers, speck, pasta, risotto, poultry, fish and seafood. Perfect as an aperitif, it accompanies the food without ever overpowering it.
