In 1142 the Blessed Hartmann founded the Augustinian abbey of Neustift near his bishop’s seat in Brixen. Ever since, the abbey has steadily developed to become the religious, cultural and even commercial centre it is today.
A great deal of handwork, knowledge and experience goes into the creation of the products made from the abbey’s own raw materials. With unique results!
