Quota is a wine that explores the limits of a typical grape hailing from Alto Adige. Pinot Bianco has now been introduced in our northern most zone as a result of climatic changes. This wine is an experiment resulting in a moderate level of alcohol, vibrant acidity, fresh aromas.

TON SYLVANER

TON SYLVANER

This wine was aged in amphora, which is the ancient way to age wine. This type of container is made of “Ton” or terracotta which leaves a unique impression and intensifies the mineral notes of the wine inside. Ton also evolves with the wine stored inside, creating fruity and fresh notes with hints of chalk and wet cement or stone.

Ohm, a name referring to resistence, represents our first experience with vines that withstand the warmer temperatures of Oltradige. Made from the Bronner grape varietal, picked during late harvest, thrives in these climatic conditions. Medium structured wine with vibrant acidity.

Hora honors Sylvaner with some ageing. Fermentation done with Skin contact and aged in wood, this wine has evolved into a spectrum of very interesting aromas. The result is a Sylvaner in sensory overload specifically adaptable to many gastronomic combinations.
