In our dining hall, we serve our guests specialties from Mediterranean and South Tyrolean cuisine.
Our chefs use local and seasonal produce when preparing meals for seminars, including a vegetarian option. We will also be happy to take into account dietary requests, and please keep us informed of food allergies.
Our ample breakfast buffet offers many regional products – from domestic coffee to home-made jam.
Would you prefer a buffet for your seminar group? We can set up several variants of self-service buffets for up to fifty people in the Fireplace Hall of the Convention Center. Please make arrangements for this option head of time.
The Fireplace Hall is also a great idea for group coffee breaks. In addition, you can visit the Stiftskeller during breaks.
