General Terms and Conditions

Registration:

Registration is possible in person, by phone, by post, by fax, by e-mail, or at www.bildungshaus.it. Please note: your registration is binding, and participation in the course requires that full payment has been received.

A personal note:

Of course you can also register for seminars on short notice, as long as space is still available. But you will make planning so much easier for us if you make your decision to participate as early as possible.

If, however, you cannot take part in the seminar even though you have registered, we ask that you please be sure to cancel with the Convention Center – please see our cancellation policy. Our employees would like to thank you in advance.

Payment:

Participation in a course is only possible when payment for the course has been received. Please deposit the fee in one of our accounts:

Student discount:

Students under 27 may get a 10% discount on the payment for many of the seminars held at the Convention Center. To obtain the discount, please provide your student ID. Our summer weeks and some course series are exempt from this discount. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Cancellations and refunds:

The Convention Center reserves the right to postpone or cancel courses if the minimum participant count has not been reached, or for organizational reasons. If courses have been cancelled, course payments received will be refunded or, upon request, credited to you for other events. Further claims cannot be brought.

Withdrawals und cancellation conditions:

Seminars: If participants withdraw within the last 8 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the course fee will be charged. In case of cancellation during the last 3 days, or in case of no-shows, the entire fee will be due. If a replacement participant can be found, there will be no cancellation fee.
Series of courses: In case of withdrawal at least 30 days before the start of the event, a processing fee in the amount of 100.00 euros will be retained. In case of cancellation 29 to 15 days before the start, a cancellation fee in the amount of 20% will be retained, or for cancellations 14 to 8 days before the start, an amount of 50% of the fee. In case of withdrawal within 7 days before the start, or in case of no-shows, the entire fee will become due. If a replacement participant can be found, there will be no cancellation fee.

Changes and errors:

The Convention Center reserves the right to correct errors and make any necessary changes.

Data privacy:

We hereby inform you that the personal data provided by you will be processed by Bildungshaus Kloster Neustift, Stiftstraße 1, I-39040 Vahrn, owner of the data processing facility in question, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/03.
