Digitalization and catalogue

Since 2018 the just under 100 medieval manuscripts in the Neustift library have been accessible online as digital copies; in 2021 a printed catalogue of the manuscripts was also issued, which is available under Open Access (manuscripta.at).The digital copies and the catalogue were created as part of a research project on the Neustift manuscripts that ran for several years and was sponsored by the autonomous province of Bozen-South Tyrol. The research was conducted by an interdisciplinary team of experts headed by Ursula Stampfer and Claudia Schretter-Picker.
